At KINTU, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original KINTU packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
